Enrollment Analytics: A Time-Lapse View

Tremendous insights are being captured during enrollment, as your employees make their 2020 choices. In this program, Jason Elliott of Health Data & Management Solutions (HDMS), a healthcare analytics company, will discuss what you can learn now and how, over time, the information collected across the plan designs can be used to shape the benefits you offer.

You will learn:

The basics: must-use analytics and what you can learn after open enrollment
Best practices: how companies use benefits administration platforms to strategically capture data to build deeper knowledge each year
Analytic advantages: how you can combine enrollment information with claims and other data to understand what your employees want and need, how they engage and what they use.

This program will empower you to act on the data you have today, and make strategic plans to grow your understanding for next year.

Wellness Based on Data

With a flooded employee health and wellness market, it can be difficult to know which health program options will pan out and which will come up empty. Instead of feeling buried by the possibilities, you need to efficiently and confidently find “gold nuggets”–those programs and vendors that can deliver the most impact for employees’ health and your bottom line.

In this program, the speakers look at the data you can use to evaluate and select health and wellness options–and understand the effectiveness of the selected programs. You will hear real-life examples of how other employers have leveraged employee health programs, and you will learn:

  • What data to use and tips for interpretation
  • How data will help with pre-implementation vendor evaluation process
  • Three ways to measure program impact
